Making Memories

Jack and I had fun today making our old family recipe of Buckeye Candies. This special treat comes from my grandmother Gram, and we are very blessed to have her original recipe card! In today's computer era, how many handwritten recipes do we still have? Maybe our children and grandchildren will have a "memory stick" with all our cherished recipes and photos on it.

Anyway, we had a fun morning putting this simple recipe together. He is a great little chef, and takes it very seriously! Perhaps the dogs enjoyed our time in the kitchen the most since there were lots of little bits of peanut butter left under Jack's barstool as he rolled the balls.
